You will be taking your shoes off for the oxygen, and wear comfortable clothes that you’d be happy to sit in for an hour in our climate controlled centre. For the sauna portion, it is a private lockable suite, with fresh towels provided so you can use it in bathers, or less.
The benefits begin at once per week, and continue to improve the more regularly you do it. 2-3 times per week is a good sweet spot.
