Yes, all memberships have a 12 week commitment period, after that you can cancel anytime.

Yes, but there’s a $200 early exit fee.

Each member has access to a certain amount of longevity sessions in our HBOT, and PEMF. The number of sessions is based on their membership tier. These sessions don’t rollover and reset at the end of every Monday-Sunday cycle.

Yes, we can pause in two week blocks.

No, our memberships are non-transferrable.

No, but all members get a 20% discount off all additional treatments.

Fees are taken via direct debit, fortnightly.

Regen Wellness is truly a hidden gem in South East Melbourne.

With a wide range of wellness modalities, it feels like a mini health retreat right in the local area.

The facility is spotless and well maintained, with friendly staff always on hand to assist. Fresh towels are also provided for each new session, which adds an extra level of comfort and care to the experience.

The highlight for me is the combination of the Amplify high-heat sauna followed by an ice bath—an incredible way to reset both body and mind. While there's only one Amplify sauna and it’s not always available, the two mPulse saunas are excellent alternatives. The mPulse units also include LED light therapy, which is a great bonus for those interested in additional therapeutic benefits.

The ice baths are another standout. One is set at 6°C and the other at a brisk 3°C, offering a more intense challenge—especially after the sauna session.

The mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (mHBOT) was a fascinating experience, and I only wish I had more time to enjoy longer and more frequent sessions.

PEMF therapy was relaxing, though my main focus was on the sauna, ice bath, and mHBOT, so I didn’t notice lasting effects from it.

For those doing contrast therapy using separate rooms, the addition of a robe really enhances the overall comfort and ease of the experience.

While the membership pricing is on the higher side, the attention to cleanliness and detail is outstanding. Every room feels freshly prepared, as if you're the first guest of the day—even at closing time.

Regen Wellness is well worth it if you’re looking to de-stress and invest in your health and wellbeing.

I love ReGen Wellness. The space is so calming and tranquil (and clean). The staff are wonderful, knowledgeable and friendly. I’ve been using the infrared sauna for a couple of months now. I’ve tried the mild hyperbaric oxygen chamber pod a Bourke of times, and have just started the cold plunge therapy. I was a bit hesitant to try it, but I really wanted to give it a go because i know it has so many positive benefits. So far so good. I’ve been feeling so good, and my energy levels are great!

Regen Wellness is a hidden gem. Booking online is super easy and convenient, which made the whole experience seamless from the start. I've been having regular far infrared saunas at Regen Wellness in Hampton, and it's been such a beautiful experience. The space is calm, restorative, and thoughtfully designed—immaculately clean and incredibly soothing from the moment you arrive.

ReGen is such a peaceful rejuvenating space that can serve many purposes. I’m a high performance athlete so I use ReGen to help with my recovery. A double session in the oxygen chamber allows my body to recuperate within 24 hours. I have a spinal injury and live with a lot of pain. I find after my session at ReGen my nerve pain is much less. It also helps with my sleep quality. I always get a better nights sleep after my session at ReGen. I use the oxygen therapy, PeMF, Sauna and ice bath. I find the combination of therapies has helped with healing of injuries, recovery and better energy levels. It also helps manage my back spasms. I can’t believe how much ReGen has helped with my overall health and wellbeing.

James and his team are very welcoming and share a lot of knowledge about the therapies available. They are very supportive and such a golden gem along Hampton Street.

I have been to a few different recovery centres in Melbourne and ReGen Wellness is without a doubt the best. It is so clean, modern and they have the best facilities. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming also. I have noticed great improvements in my body since I started using the different facilities.

Lovely staff excellent facilities- despite fearing I would be claustrophobic in the oxygen pod and not really understanding the pemf bed it was all so so relaxing. Can’t really say I have gotten better sleep. Think I was so wound up I can definitely say I have wound down after 5 sessions each.

I always love my time at ReGen wellness. It is a very calming & relaxing environment and the staff are always so friendly and helpful. My favorite is the red light sauna, it has really helped calm inflammation from an autoimmune condition & my skin is always glowing when I leave. The PEMF has has also been very beneficial.
All of the facilities are wonderful and very clean.

Been going to Regen for 8-9 months now, and absolutely love it. James, Courtney and the staff are awesome, very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

I have loved my visits to ReGen, state of the art facilities, beautiful clean space for recovery and mindfulness. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and encouraging (it was my first time using the ice bath). Highly recommended visiting ReGen on the regular. I would be here weekly if I lived closer ☺️

I struggled with sore muscles and body aches for a while and was a little apprehensive about ice baths at first. The staff were so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The facilities are state of the art, clean and such a calming atmosphere. Since using the baths I have found I have more energy through the day and my muscle soreness is nearly gone. Thank you ReGen for everything. Would highly recommended your services to anyone!

Re gen is a gift. There are very few ( if any) wellness centres like it.
The oxygen therapy has enabled me to continue with my chosen sport that i was going to have to give up
The infrared sauna is state of the art- operating on 3 frequencies
I havent plunged into the ice bath yet ( total coward)
It’s a beautiful space designed for deep healing and it works!!
Ive just bought a years membership- a gift to myself where i carve out 2 sessions a week for my inner health and wellbeing- physical and mental.
I cannot recommend Re Gen more highly. The science is in! It works

After being terrified by the thought of immersing in the Ice Bath it was not nearly as uncomfortable as I thought it would be. I lasted longer than I thought. Next time, I know what to expect and will hopefully appreciate the benefits.
James was so positive and encouraging and the centre is a pleasure to walk in to. The cleanliness and presentation is felt immediately. So pleased I went and will definitely return.

I found ReGen online and was very impressed when I first stepped into this modern, very clean, calm and super friendly space in Hampton. I love coming here now on a regular basis and the team is awesome! Always a smile on their faces, very helpful with questions and finding the right package for you. Since incorporating ice baths in my weekly routine, I feel more energized, more happy and less sore. I just signed up to a sauna package as well and am curious to see the benefits. Thank you James and team for bringing this little oasis to Hampton 🙂

From the moment you step into this luxurious wellness centre you are greeted by lovely staff that are always happy to see you. What an exceptional place this is. I've started going to ReGen Wellness in Hampton as I'm nearly 41 with three kids under 7, and one is only a year old.
I know too many people with cancer or who have had a heart attack and are slowly dying in their 40s with no energy.

I recently came across a book called Lifespan and have been following and reading David Sinclair ever since. a Professor of Genetics at Harvard Medical School and a leading researcher in the field of aging who has studied the mechanisms of cell repair and how they relate to aging. It's worth noting that not all of the benefits have been scientifically proven. However, he talks often about Oxygen therapy sessions, and cold and heat exposure.

This place has everything I need, I'm going regularly and look forward to seeing the results over the next 10 years. If you are a fan of David or Andrew D Huberman it's well worth checking this place out.
