No, we cater for seasoned vets and new comers, alike. Our team will give you all the information and advice you’ll need before your session starts.
Comfortable clothes to lay on the PEMF and sit in the Oxygen, you will be removing your shoes for both. ReGen provides all towels and robes required for the sauna and ice bath. They are private suites, so you can enjoy a sauna in bathers, or less. Bring a water bottle for hydration. Bathers are required for the ice bath portion, and don’t forget a bag to take your wet bathers home with you.
The benefits begin at once per week, and continue to improve the more regularly you do it. 2-3 times per week is a good sweet spot.
