Comfortable clothes to lay in for the PEMF and sit in the Oxygen, you will be removing your shoes for both. ReGen provides all towels and robes required for the sauna and ice bath. They are private suites so you can enjoy a sauna in bathers, or less. Bring a water bottle for hydration. Bathers are required for the ice bath portion, and don’t forget a bag to take your wet bathers home with you.
